    You will be given meal plan examples, and education. Then we teach you how to personalise it all for yourself, your goals, your family & your lifestyle 


    Sure, if you want to. While this is not a 6 week fat loss program, because we teach you how to personalise all the nutrition advice for yourself, you can focus on being in a deficit while doing the 6 weeks. 


    A short 10-15 min video will be sent in the group with some reflection prompts on a Friday evening, so you’ve all weekend to watch it, and complete the prompts to set you up with your actions for the week ahead. 15-20 mins a week will be enough, but engaging/asking questions in the group for an extra 10 mins or so a week will guarantee better results. 


    Absolutely. You'll get your own plan of action & habit tracker each week, so you can tick off the things you achieve, knowing each week won’t be perfect, but it’s the small actions done most of the time, that create the biggest changes with your nutrition!
