Apollo Nutrition coaching provides all the education you need on nutrition, food, your relationship with food, and if fat loss is one of your goals we will work on awareness of how much you can really eat and still lose fat, how socialising impacts your progress, fad diets and so much more.

We will teach you all about body image, self–worth, purpose and happiness.

PERSONALISED GUIDE NOT A FIXED MEAL PLAN

Personalised options guide (not a fixed meal plan); but individualised meal options for however you like to eat, that fit in with your lifestyle, career, family & hobbies that will help you achieve your overall physique & food relationship goals

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Gym programming or at home workouts; combination or options for both depending on what works for you

EXERCISE & SUPPLEMENT GUIDANCE

Exercise & supplement guidance; personalised, we prefer to get all your nutrients from foods but sometimes health conditions, dietary choices & requirements mean we need a little extra help and we know which supplements actually work.

MINDSET & FOOD RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

This is what really separates us from other online coaches; the way we focus on how you eat, why you eat like that, how food makes you feel and any issues that may arise. We tackle things like gaps in nutrition knowledge, busting diet industry myths, emotional eating, boredom eating, night eating, secret eating, yo-yo dieting cycles and much more.

Weekly check ins, over email or WhatsApp whichever suits you best; 2x monthly zoom/phone calls. This is where we dig deep into those existing habits and look at creating new long term habits to ensure you maintain all your progress.

CLIENT COMMUNITY

Access to the best client community within the lifestyle nutrition industry; honestly, nobody does it the way we do. It’s super interactive and there is loads to listen to/apply to yourself but only if/when you feel it’s appropriate. No pressure. Join in as much or as little as you like.

US IN YOUR POCKET ALL DAY

Now, we won’t say 24/7 support because obviously we have to sleep, drive, train, do our existing client check ins and calls but, you can message us ANYTIME, in-fact we encourage It. We don’t want you waiting till a check in, we want to know what happens/how you feel in the moment because that is how we make real life changing progress

PAYMENT BREAKS & MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

We offer payment breaks and also have the option to drop to our maintenance package after a few months of the above; because you’ll always need more support at the start. This means we have open & honest conversation about affordability, however awkward (we feel it too!!) because us supporting you and you being able to afford our support as long as you need us is very important.

AND THAT’S JUST THE BASICS!

And that’s just the basics of what you will receive, I know it’s alot.

That’s why I recommend you jump on a quick call with me ...not a sales call, my gosh we don’t sell, I believe if you want to work with us then eventually you will, and there is never any pressure.

I’ll just ask you about yourself & your goals to make sure we are the right fit, explain how we can help you, go over prices and then leave you to have a think about things.

Hey, hi, I’m Sophia and I have a huge burning desire to help as many people as possible with their food relationship and approach to nutrition.

Which is exactly why I got qualified 5 years ago and set up my business, so welcome.

I have had many of my own struggles with eating disorders, then disordered eating for many years, but I’ve been fully recovered for about 10 years now and it feels absolutely incredible to eat whatever I want freely and treat my body with so much love and respect.

I have the best job in the world, working with such a variety of clients, families, couples, in corporate settings and I honestly love what I do, it’s why I was put on this earth!!

In my free time I look after other peoples dogs, because 2 of my own isn’t enough. I love being outside & walking, going to the gym, BJJ, spending time with my husband & friends and relaxing with a book or some trash tv!!

I come from a background of professional dance; which taught me so much about discipline and hard work, and was a huge love and passion of mine.

But it started to take its toll on my body image, relationship with food and ultimately, my health! Putting in the hard work for me was realising that health is so much more than a size of clothing, how "clean" you eat or how many calories you burn when training.
